Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Berger Lahr WDP5-318.95127 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sixnet products, including obsoleted and phased-out Berghof parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Beta-Products product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sixnet such as the BT6821BM spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DC1005MTMP266001131 manufactured by Berghof and we are pleased to be able to service most Berghof systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 309094 by Manufacturer Beta-Products as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Black-Box Brand CATXKVM in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Best-Siete such as 92800094 equipment made by Best-Siete have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Best-Siete products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Best-Siete" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available RPL2M made by Bimba as well as the popular SCFSCS011001 original spares produced by Beta-Tech

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 650HB6045 by Bodine and 92800094 spares by Best-Siete are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BELCD011 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Beta-Tech.
